We guarantee that we ship your order only when the quality of the personalized product is perfect. We inspect every item for accuracy and quality before it is shipped to you.

Our quality control team carefully reviews each personalized storybook to ensure:

  • No printing defects or damages

Dispute Resolution & Exchange Policy

If you feel that there is a dispute (wrong print, damage or broken product delivered) with your order, you may request for a prompt exchange for the same item. In case the particular product is not available then you can get full refund.

All requests must be made within 2 days of delivery by filling up the form available at our Product Returns section or by contacting our support team.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for production. Therefore, no cancellation requests are accepted once the order is placed.

Content Review Rights

We reserve the right to cancel your order for:

  • Poor image quality that affects final product
  • Misspelled messages or inappropriate content
  • Content that violates our terms of service

You will be notified immediately if your order is cancelled for any of these reasons.

Delivery & Address Responsibility

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address. No refund will be provided for undelivered products due to incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Update address if you move before delivery

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If delivery fails due to address issues, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
